Braided and sewn by hand by Virginia, an artisan of the ancient Mediterranean art of espadrille and work with esparto grass. All the pieces are meticulously sewn to achieve their strong and precious structure, just as these objects are made in reality.

Bramante’s polished thread is a flexible natural and ecological fiber, obtained from the hemp plant and is used in multiple fields. This art of braiding and sewing fibers is passed down from father to son, so the esparto makers can shape baskets, bags, mats, rugs, espadrilles and a host of other objects, of great beauty due to their skill and the material they are made of.
